+  Senior Editorial Designer
We're seeking a full-time in-house senior editorial designer to join our small, tight-knit creative team. With the creative director, whom this position will directly report to, the designer will be involved with brainstorming, planning visuals and designing editorial layouts for print issues, digital stories, emails, and occasionally marketing materials and event signage. The ability to contribute thoughtful, creative and interesting ideas in the planning and design process is a must. Photography skills and video editing is a huge plus, but not required. The designer will also have the opportunity to attend photo shoots when necessary.

We have several platforms that include: print, digital, social media and live events.   • Concept and design layouts for FOB and BOB sections of the magazine
  • Assign out spot illustrations

+  Advertising Coordinator
We're looking for an ad coordinator to join our advertising department.  This position is responsible for collecting ad materials; both in print and digital, trafficking and reporting client metrics among other operational responsibilities. 

The coordinator will assist with issue close, page creation and final page approval prior to press.  This position requires extreme attention to detail, heavy customer contact, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  The best candidate for this position must be organized, diligent, outgoing and can effectively communicate with the sales team and an extensive client list. This is a great job for a recent graduate looking to enter the media industry.

Key Functions:
  • Assist sales team in all aspects of client services
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and media plans as directed
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales, ad operations.
